We created A.L.A. Consulting Firm Patreon to share with our community who wanted to test our services of a holistic view of conscious culture with a human-centered approach. We provide the community with tools and skills to equip Organizational Development (For-profit, Non-profit, and Government), Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity+Justice  (EID+J)  to Build a Belonging Culture,  Entrepreneurs and Startups insights, and The Individual to unpack inner self and world around them, with in-house custom-made modules to assist with navigating through unpredicted challenges of transitions and uncomfortable circumstances of conflicts.
