Bridging the Gap Between all Abilities and Organizations!

Collaborate with organizations, institutions, and allies already grounded in the work of awareness and implementation to amplify improvements for individuals with disabilities in the workforce, educational system, and entertainment. To assist in alleviating the current work employee crisis by creating a place for competent community members in our Disability Community.

Below are ways we will together create change in Bellevue, Seattle, and Tacoma metropolitan areas:

Advocate by providing developmental workshops conducted by Summit to engage transitioners including  all abilities, ages, career journey  of working as a employee or as disabilities owned business on how to develop skills to become more hirable in the workplace. Also, to build awareness for organizations and institutions about the issues of accessibility hiring practices, access to diverse suppliers for disability business owners, disabilities local and state policies, and the importance of representation.

Engage with outside disabled organizations and institutions to provide workshops and training on the latest innovations to Advocate in developing workshops from outside disabled organizations and institutions on the latest insights and development for our community base.

The goal is to Build a Strong Disability Interdependent Legacy for the Base Community.

Collaborate with policymakers and partner with organizations, institutions, and allies on advocating for legislation and policies at the local, state, and national levels that address issues related to our Disability Community in each local city.
