Get to Know Us

At A.L.A. Talent Connectwork Community, we understand the importance of inclusion in every aspect of society. Unfortunately, many underrepresented EID professionals and experienced leaders, especially those from minority groups, often face challenges in their workplace due to a lack of support and resources.  

 

We are committed to addressing these bread-crumbing of multi talented employees who are employed for a different position outside of culture change but has took on the initiative to create a better work place for all within organizations challenges head-on.

 

The community aims to address this issue by providing comprehensive support in the form of emotional, psychological, physical, leadership sponsorship, and financial fulfillment. We also pay collective EID experts and offer personal/professional branding development for professionals who otherwise might not have access to evolving within their career disciple.

 

 Recognize the value of inclusion and diversity in every field and understand that it is a pressing need in today's world. Our community consists of like-minded people willing to help underrepresented professionals overcome the challenges they face at their workplaces.

 

Our space offer a safe space to our collective cohort for inclusion dedicated to empowering professionals from diverse backgrounds - including underrepresented EID professionals share your experiences and connect with other professionals, community members, and EID experts.

 

We provide access to a wealth of knowledge, resources, and opportunities for growth, enabling you to excel in your field. The cohort is also provided personal and professional  with support, resources, mentorship, paid expert consultations and the opportunity to connect and network with other community members and EID experts alike.

 

As the driving force of the future culture development, we believe that diversity is not just important to every organizational financial success, but is essential to the heart beat of the culture, and we strive to create a community where everyone is welcome and treated with respect.
